What is your refund policy?
For the most part, I want to work with you, so usually we'll start with a replacement option if something is wrong. Otherwise, if you can return the incorrectly baked item, I can issue a return of funds. You can find out more about this by checking out our "Refund Policy" page.
Why can't I get certain ingredients in my baked goods?
The One Pin Bakery is a Cottage Law Bakery, meaning that it is using an at-home kitchen with no commercial equipment or commercial license. While this is completely legal, there are certain foods not allowed for sale under this law. For more information, check out our "Terms and Conditions" page.
Who gets to see the address I list for delivery?

Only Rebekah Kjetland, the main baker, and her husband, Stephen Kjetland, will see your private information when needed for delivery. If, for some reason, another delivery driver is needed, you will be contacted beforehand to be given the person's name and description. For more information, see our "Privacy Policy" page.
Can I order special decorations or flavors?
Short answer: Maybe
Long answer: The One Pin Bakery is open to requests. Feel free to leave a comment on your order or email us at theonepinbakery@gmail.com with any questions about your order. I will try my very best to meet your requests, but sometimes, the answer has to be no. If that's the case, I will also try to come up with an alternative solution!
Can I order something gluten-free,
dairy-free, or vegan?
Short answer: Maybe
Long answer: Similar to the above question, The One Pin Bakery is open to requests. For these kinds of requests, please email BEFORE ordering at theonepinbakery@gmail.com. I will try my very best to meet your dietary needs. There might just be an additional charge involved. Many alternative options simply cost more and are more time-consuming. If you are okay with the additional charge, The One Pin Bakery will likely be able to fulfill your request.
